Adds Nearly 50 Percent More Space to Irvine Headquarters
IRVINE, Calif. (Nov. 21, 2005) – In a move reflecting the company’s double-digit growth in staff and revenues over the last three years, Irvine, Calif.-based Haskell & White LLP has leased an additional 8,000 square feet of office space at its Irvine Spectrum headquarters.
For Haskell & White, one of the largest independently-owned accounting and business consulting firms in Southern California, the transaction adds nearly 50 percent more space to its existing 18,000-square-foot operation. The company signed a 50-month lease effective Nov. 1, 2005, and expects to occupy the new space following completion of tenant improvements later this month.
According to Wayne Pinnell, Haskell & White’s managing partner, the expansion is urgently needed to accommodate the firm’s considerable growth.
“For three years running, we’ve experienced significant increases in both our staffing and our revenues, and are literally bursting at the seams,” said Pinnell. “This much-needed expansion gives us breathing room, and provides the flexibility to grow in response to great new team members and new business opportunities.”
Pinnell added that the decision to expand “will allow the firm to add partners and support staff with expertise in our key market sectors, and to keep pace with rising demand for Haskell & White’s brand of high-caliber, personalized and affordable service.”
