Paul Louis is a Principal in the Firm’s Audit and Business Advisory Services Department. Paul joined Haskell & White LLP in 2007, after more than six years of experience in public accounting at Big Four firms where his primary focus was on real estate and related businesses. Paul has extensive experience advising real estate, life science, and technology-focused companies – both private and public – for more than 23 years. Paul leads the Audit and Business Advisory Services Department’s real estate practice and serves the majority of the Firm’s real estate clients.

Paul is committed to frequent, open communication and getting involved early in the audit process. He is skilled at presenting complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner. He takes a proactive approach and will research accounting standards to help clients make informed decisions. Paul is the expert to seek out when there is a question on an accounting treatment, or you are about to embark on a complex transaction. He has assisted clients in various financial transactions, including business acquisitions and divestitures, debt and fund structuring, and consolidation.

Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of CPAs (CalCPA), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is licensed by the California State Board of Accountancy. Paul served on the board of directors of the March of Dimes – Orange County Division.
