With experience across the hospitality, healthcare, and technology sectors—and recruiting specifically for accounting roles for private companies and public accounting firms —she offers a strategic and well-rounded perspective on talent acquisition.
She now leads full-cycle recruitment at Haskell & White, aligning hiring strategies with the Firm’s long-term growth plans and cultivating a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. At her previous public accounting firm, Nicole managed recruiting for tax and business management positions nationwide, gaining deep insight into the demands of the public accounting industry.
