Amira Abed joined Haskell & White in 2024 as a Human Resources Manager, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership within the professional services industry. Working closely with leadership, Amira identifies and implements solutions and initiatives to improve employee relationships and work productivity, build morale, and ensure compliance.

She is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational growth. She has introduced 30-60-90-day check-ins for new hires to provide a smooth transition and set the stage for long-term success. Committed to transparency and open communication, she builds strong relationships across all firm levels and advocates for employees, ensuring their voices are heard.

Amira earned a Bachelor’s degree UC Irvine and a law degree from the University of Connecticut and is a SHRM Certified Professional. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, and cheering for Liverpool FC.
